One of the beauties of adding fruit trees and a vegetable garden to your home aside from the free source of organic fruits and vegetables is the increase value that it adds to the value of your real estate property. Having fruits and vegetables will increase the sellablity of your home if done in the right way. Jeff Lowe, a Chicago Real Estate specialist should know. He is one of the top real estate agents in the windy city.

He recommends that clients plant fruit trees in an area where shade is also welcome. Pick a fruit that you enjoy because every year you will reap the benefits of it so long as you water it and feed it with the correct nutrients.

Allocating a small area for a vegetable garden is also a great way to increase the value of your home. Again, it doesn’t have to be something large. Just something that is easy to manage. Plant your favorite vegetables like tomatoes and peppers. Also consider spices and herbs, like basil and dill. You can also plant small fruits like berrys and strawberries. The garden will give you an endless supply of fresh organic fruits and vegetables. You can share them with friends and family and guest.

If at some point in your life you want to sell your home, the fruit trees and garden will add extra value to your home. Imagine buying a home that already has a garden that you get to take over with nice apple, plums, and Asian pears versus a bare backyard. Those little extras can motivate a buyer, according to Jeff Lowe, to making an offer.

Wheatgrass can offer you many benefits. First it is an energizer. Second it is nutritious. Third, it is a body builder. And lastly it helps cleanses the body and helps weight control.

The best way and cheapest way to take advantage of the benefit of wheatgrass is to get a home grown kit so that you can grow it at home with relative ease and put it in your blender and drink it on a daily basis.

It takes about 10 days to grow. All you have to do is set up the kit and add water. You can make the wheatgrass with other fruits to create exotic cocktails. Whatever you eventually decide to do the benefits and results will be immediately felt and seen by others.

Getting started and growing your own organic vegetables is getting easier all the time. As a general whole, people are trying to live healthier. As part of that quest, people are turning to eating organic vegetables.

Because organic vegetables are not always that cheap to buy at the local supermarket, Many American are turning to growing it themselves. This has become easier if you visit your local hardware store. Stores like Home Depot, OSH, and other retailers, now have their own organic food section where you can pick up all you need to get started with your very own organic gardens.

Its alot easier then you think. It can also be fun as well. So give it a try. You might find it addicting and fun as well.

To get started look for organic soil from your local store. Then fill your pots with the soil. Start with vegetables like carrots, lettuce, and tomatos. You can also grow a number of fruit or herbs as well. This will let you get into the swing of things before you more on to more complicated vegetables.

The best way to do this is to grow what you really enjoy eating the most. Start with that and you will reap the most benefit from it.
